We have a standard process to build the initial pool of guurus with you. It will not take longer than 2 weeks. We invite experienced users of your product to join the community and share their knowledge.
How do we secure quality of answers?
We test a guuru before he will receive real questions. Then the customer rates the answer of the expert. Experts with better ratings will be prioritized. We will not charge you for bad answers.
Will the guurus be rewarded for their work?
Yes! We believe good work has a value. Guurus are rewarded based on the Customer Satisfaction. The reward can be cash or points that can be traded for goods depending on the product.
How do you assign the question to the right guuru?
Matching question and guuru is our core competency. Our proprietary matching algorithm is learning and getting more efficient every day.
How long does it take to go live?
Typically 2 weeks. You integrate 1 line of code in your page, and we send a mailing to build the initial pool of guurus. Done.
What are the risks?
Instead of us answering that question we would like you to be convinced yourself. Therefore we propose to set up a quick pilot so you can experience the service for 3 month. If it works we continue, if not we take it off your web-page again.
